Ages 12-14

Tweens should have a basic understanding of first-aid, and know how to deal with everyday bumps and bruises. Since it’s during the tween years when many children are left home alone, or in charge of younger siblings, it’s also important that they know how to handle some of the more common situations that could arise, including scrapes, burns, and possibly, even more serious situations.

Ages 11-15

Learn what you need to know to be a responsible baby sitter. This one-day class is essential for the teen that baby sits. Learn how to handle emergency situations and basic childcare safety.

Teen Weight Lifting Ages 12-16

Learn the fundamentals of weight training including proper technique, spotting and the correct exercises for you. Class meets every Tuesday and Thursday. Space is limited.
